MWI number returning busy signal

Hello,
I am having problem with VM MWI function. Problem is that when I dial MWI ON/OFF numbers I am getting busy signal and can't use MWIs.
When I dial from the phone I am getting busy signal and lighs goes on/off but when this is done from 'real' VM system this doesn't work.

ANy help is very appretiated

I am using CM 4.2(3)

I'm having the same trouble - eversince we upgraded from CCM4.0 to 4.2 and applied DST patched to Unity.
