MWI Not working

I have an MM 5.1 with 2 MAS/1MSS and 1MN. This morning all MWI stopped working. First thing in the logs were that there was an issue with time. The time was off between the servers. We updated an NTP address on the MSS and the MAS Servers picked it up right away. However, the MWI is still not processing lights/no lights. Does this require a reboot?
 
I retract some of this.. the time was correct btwn the MAS's and the MSS, but since these servers are on the corp domain they were 10 minutes off from that, which caused it to not authenticate. Once we updated the NTP on the MSS, the time corrected. We then restarted the Call Me, MWI and Mailbox Monitor services and things were fine again.
