I have configred analogue phone with mwa and lpa.

For starters, what's the part number of the card... NT8D03xx or NT8D09xx? If it's the 03 - it doesn't have the message waiting feature.

Is the phone a known working phone with a working MWI?

Also - if you put your buttset on the TN in monitor, you should hear a steady clicking when there's a message waiting assuming everything on the PBX end is working.

Iam using NT8D09xx.Yes phone is known working phone with other system. "if you put your buttset on the TN in monitor, you should hear a steady clicking when there's a message waiting assuming everything on the PBX end is working."Can you brief me what it is .I couldnt understood this? Also do you have any idea abt any special patches for this?

The clicking you are hearing is 80 to 100 volts DC that is placed on the line to light your MWI

If you have a CS1000e look at the dip switch settings in each cabinet. Mine did not work either and I found that dip switch 7 in each cabinet needed to be turned off to make the message waiting lamp work. The dip switches control the voltage for the lamp to light.

If you're hearing that clicking, then given what PerryPJ said, the voltage is there - you're probably not matching on the cabinet what you need on your phones. Make sure the voltage requirements match.

Is any of the Analog phones working for that shelf?

Thanks for all yours replay.Iam using cabinet not chassy,so i think there is no any dip switch setting in cabinet?Could you please advice me to make on.....

Is it just 1 phone or all of them in that cab? If it is all of them then check the DC power supply.
