MWI not work in MX1-4.2 UM

Hi,
Our demo system with this problem. The mailbox with UM, the MWI not work. Message OK on both DTS and outlook. While mailbox without UM, the MWI OK.

I try to install another new PC with MX-1 4.1, no such problem happen. I think this relate the MWI component in the Exchange Server, this component is different between 4.1 and 4.2.

Any ideas?

As far as I understand it MWI does not work with UM. We have this on our MX-ONE with MX-ONE Messenger but all users with UM do not have MWI working and we have been told that this is by design!

Hi Lee,

I am afraid this is not true. all all clients using MX-1 4.1 UM connecting to TSW and BC12,the MWI without problem. I have opened a ticket regarding this latest version 4.2.
