MWI not lighting on 9611g.

We have multiple sites working fine, but a new site added, all of their phones will not light MWI lamp when a message is left. If we log an extension from the troubled site in at a site that has no issues, the lamp lights. If we log an extension at the troubled site that is used at a working site, it does work. We seem to think it may be something to do with the routing policy in Session Mgr? Thoughts, suggestions??

 
Private unkown numbering? Is the dial pattern for the site pointed at the correct entity?

Likely. Think of the MWI like a phone call. Your first needs to be able to route from CM to SM to VM. Then for MWI to work you need to route from VM to SM to CM. If that doesn't work then MWI doesn't work. TraceSM is your friend here.
