MWI not lighting on 2500 analog sets only

Hello,

The MWI light will not light on 2500 analog sets on this cS1000m mg rls6.0 machine. I do not see patches related to this. Any ideas on this would be helpful.

Yes I do.

Try setting up MIK and MCK keys on a digital phone and try to turn on the light to test. If it goes on, the problem is most likely your voice mail settings, if it does not it is most likely the PBX hardware/phone.

Have you got LPA in the analogs CLS???

You need CLS = LPA and if that fails, then try swapping out the two A / B wires on the TN.

Could you possibly program your CLS with MWA (message waiting allowed) and see if that works?

Is it on all 2500 sets? If just one 2500 set - did you try another set (or at least put a buttset on the TN to listen to the pulse for the MWA)?
