MWI Not Functioning at a remote site

We have a remote office utilizing our Modular Messaging Server located at headquarters. Ever since they went up on this system 3 weeks ago, MWI services have never worked. We see errors all over the Event View on the MAS servers stating that MWI set failed due to unknown error.
Any ideas?
