MWI lights not coming on - MCI integration 1

on and IPS2000 - MWI lights not coming on - MCI integration
The MCI is working for cfb or cfna but the mwi light is not coming on.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

CMD 1303 not set to 0 for the extension is usually the issue, also depending on the VM system there may be a place to allow VM light.

I figured it out. The software had the option of inband or out of band integration. Somehow inband was checked off. There is an amazing MCI tool that proved that it was the vms. I was able to turn it on and off with the mci tool but not the vms. Thank you for pointer either way.

Yep the MCI tool is a good way of checking it, I believe there is also an IP version too!
