MWI light will not come on

I have 3ea. BCM400's networked together and on some of the phones I cannot get the MWI to cme on when there is a message. Most phones work great but I have a few giving me trouble. I have deleted and recreated the mailboxes with no luck. Anything else I can do?

Remote capability MWI is YES

No luck, that was already setup. I have over 200 sets hanging off of these systems and there are only a few giving me this trouble. Thanks

Is it the phone?

Have you tried lighting the lamp on the handset with the ring back feature.

What patches have you applied to the voice mail?

I am not familiar with the Ring Back feature. I do not know of any patches applied to the voicemail.
