I am new to the field and I am having a problem with a user and his Cisco 7970 phone. We are using CUCM 9.1.2 and Unity. I have verified that settings are correct. The problem is the MWI light is on and when he hits is message button it is dialing the wrong extension for our voicemail. It dials out 8300 and should be dialing 8800 for our voicemail. The user has never before listened to voicemail on his phone he has always in the past just listened to it out of outlook or Cisco Jabber. Any suggestions???

Is the correct voice mail profile selected within the Directory number Configuration?

Trvlr1...you are correct...we had it selected for "default" which if you look at it it says to choose <none> to use system defualt. Once I selected <none> it started to dial the right ext for our voicemail.... Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!!!!
