MWI Light Not Appearying System Wide

As of a day or so ago, our systems MWI Light indicator has stopped working. I also noticed that the MyPhone feature through the web interface also does not work. Any suggestions? Audix is our vmail system, what other info would you need?

All voicemail services are funtional, just not the indicator. Voicemail services have been stopped/restarted.
