MWI issues

I have a BCM 400 4.0 which has a couple ext won't show message waiting lights. any ideas as to why? All mailboxes built the same, some show- some don't.

i have checked Nortel.com for patches but don't see any refering to MWI.

Make sure the Message Indicator is set to = Y
I think its the next setting after Directory = Y

Do Feature #806 on the sets that MWI do not work(Static Date & Time Off) and see if it works.
