MWI issues

I have a BCM 400 with about 64 digital sets. All but 5 phones show MWI when a message is received.

First i thought it was the phone so i moved a phone i knew the MWI light worked and left a message. No light. Took the phone that wasn't lighting up to another ext and the light comes on.

Any ideas as to why some of my sets will show MWI and others will not? Is there a patch?

Check the mailbox to see if you Unticked MWI for these mailboxes.
