Greetings. Trying to figure out what I did wrong. I had to make a menu on very very short notice, Didn't get to test before putting out. Everything works fine but their MWI does not light up anymore. What I did was I took their main number 5102, and put it as their SDN on callpilot for this menu. When the caller chooses the prompt that would continue to the group, I change the Prime DN to 6102 and rollover to 7102. If the calls are still missed they are still going to the VM inbox of 5102. Since the prime dn is 6102 I cannot use mwk correct? I tried putting xmwk on, but i get an error saying I have to configure that on the phone, even though it does not exist? IN callpilot I have for the VM box 5102.6102.7102 and 5124 as the ones I route to vm box 5102. 5102 is checked with lamp on. I feel like im missing something simple, but I'm not 100% what Im missing.

I think you will need to add in Call Pilot the new message waiting indication of 6102 as 5102 will no longer have an active DN as it was changed to 6102.

You can have more than one message waiting indicator for a mailbox, but this can get confusing if a user has more than mailbox assigned to their phone as they won't always know which mailbox has the message unless you assign it under a spare key as you have already suggested.

What you need to remember is that any incoming call into Call Pilot will always follow the original DN which in your case will be 5102.

As 5102 doesn't terminate as a DN anymore (Analogue or Digital) then it will still be sent there. All you need to do is the change the message waiting indication to be a different valid DN.

You might get a warning message when you do this, but it will work.
