Mvoice console installation

I have two Mvoice console software. 7.0.0.60 and 7.0.1.11. I run the software on five Desktop computers and only two worked and afterwards stop working. showing Connecting to primary at 172.30.127.2(main controller local) I have to MXE III tie together having ASU's. I need urgent assistance. Also how do I configure the call history

Call history requires a Postgres database running somewhere on the network (localhost or on a dedicated server) that all 5 desktop computers can access.

The steps to configure the Postgres instance are documented in the MiVoice Business Console Help file (About Call History / Configure Call History / Set Up the Call History Database)

Once the server is configured to accept connections from the 5 consoles, each console needs to be configured with the IP/DNS of the server and the password which you configure during setup.
