Hi can anyone assist,an Mvo 470 was previosuly connected with analogue lines, which had auto attendant, day and night mode setup.
since we have installed sip trunk breakout which is now handling all calls, the night mode does not activate.
the routing in graphical view shows the correct path and expected outcome, however unable to activate the night mode.

could this be a ddi issue? or simply a route issue

sip -----> gdn xxxxxxxxx------> night mode------> extensions

is there anything specific in setting up sip and routing? or a procedure?

There is nothing "special" re SIP trunks...it's been analysed same way as any other medium...
Difference between analogue and PSTN could be in possible use of DDI with SIP (incorrect DDI number analisys). You can check what you actually receiving from SIP trunks - Configuration-Routing-Graphiocal view-DDI plan-Add...There you can check format of incomming call - compare with your setting and post result here...
