Does anyone have any good links or tutorials for producing and manipulating Music and Sounds with VC++...

Such as to create a WAV / MP3 player (ea... WinAmp, Sonique...),
WAV / MP3 generator (ea... direct music producer, Acid DJ, FruityLoops...)
