MUVPN causing PC to reboot

I'm having a bizarre problem with one of my remote users.
She's using MUVPN6.1.1 client on an XP PC in conjunction with a BT broadband line, and sometimes when she's in the process of copying across files from our company network the PC for some reason shuts down and reboots itself. This doesn't happen every time she transfers data but does happen regularly enough for it to be quite disruptive. The PC behaves perfectly ok when she's just web browsing and not using the VPN.
I tried switching her to another PC but still the problem occurs. Any ideas would be appreciated.
