I have 4 email accounts in outlook. 3 of them are POP, one is IMAP.

Each has it's own separate PST File to keep things organized.

Is there a way, similar to in "Mac Mail", where you can have all unread messages from all the mail boxes appear in one location?

Thanks!

Outlook 2007 (as well as 2003) has a section called SEARCH FOLDERS. One of the defaults is UNREAD MAIL, which is set to check ALL folders for anything that's unread. This has the advantage of being able to see all your unread mail in one spot but the actual mail is still in its separate PST files. If the default search does not show all, you can make your own search folder to include the areas you want to correlate.

Check the following for some more info on search folders:

Hope this helps.
