it happens on our Conversants (version 9), that all ports on particular Dialogic board are mute even if there is application running on the port. (on "sysmon" it can be seen).
It helps switch-off IVR from power . Do you have the same experience? Is it way to find out this problem? Any diagnostic tool? We find out this problem by chance, because everething looks fine in system.
