Mute on by default when paged

When the secretary voice pages an extension, teh mute button is on by default so he has to press that for teh secretary to hear him respond. This just started when we had to reset ( power cycle ) our Legend system. Anyone know of a fix for this?

This is a simple issue.

Have all uses turn on the HFAI button.

That stands for HANDS FREE ANSWER INTERCOM.

That will take care of this issue immediately, if not sooner.
