Must setup VPN to Internet browsing "HELP"

Our office runs all XP,ADSL,Router switch. We have staff in a closed (monitored/restricted)country and we need to set up a VPN tunnel for a staffer there to access the net undetected. We were hoping to add a VPN router switch like the new Lynksys router and let the staffer come in through a tunnel then port back out to the net for browsing. I haven't seen any info on how that can be accomplished. I would guess they would have to access one of our computers in the LAN the browse via it back out to the net.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to set up our XP, etc to do such a thing?
