I have a customer with a CICS 5.1 that I relocated to a new location. Since then, when a call comes in on their Line 1, if you pickup from any of the handsets when the initial ring starts- or after the ring completed, everything is the way it should be.
If you catch the call through the middle of the ring cycle- you must press the line button for the call to be answered.
I cannot duplicate this problem with my buttset.
I have switched ports- problem follows line.
I have switched card slots & ports-problem follows line.
I have changed out the CI card with a LSDS ( to play with the CO settings) to no avail.
Any clues???Going nuts on this one.
