I'm attempting to synchronize some animation (really just pop-ons) to coincide with some stabs at the end of a piece of music only about 10 seconds long. I used a tool on the Mac called Sound Studio to find to the hundredth of a second (convertible into frames) when the stabs occur, since I can't seem to see waveforms in LiveMotion on the timeline. (If there is a way to, please tell me how.) I made a test SWF of it, and as I watch it in my QuickTime player, the pop-ons are perfect. Then when I go to the HTML file and open Internet Explorer 5, the animation is much slower! Since this no doubt simulates more closely the viewing experience my online audience will have, needless to say, this won't do.
I think I remember a way in Flash to make an event synchronize not to a frame but to another event in another item on the timeline. But how do I do it in LiveMotion?
