Hi all. I am trying to install a radio as a music sourse for music on hold. I am looking at the documentation and cannot find port for music to punch to/
Any feedback would be appreciated.

It's system type dependant. Need to know what system you're working on.

Mics pins 17 (yellow / orange)
Cics pins 23 (violet / green)

Btter make sure you have the radio stations permission first. Otherwise, you need to use royalty free music, per the FCC.

Thank you all. I was succesfull in intalling the music source. Actually customer is playing his tape recorded previously. Thanks again
