I have one group that requires a different MOH than that of the default one. I set them up to a tenant (already enabled in features) and created a new music source for the same. When testing internally, it works but when calls are coming from outside, the callers are hearing the default MOH and not the one i set up for the group. I ran a trace and the weird thing is, I can see that the MOH playing when agents press hold is the one i set up (custom). Is that possible? Callers from outside the company is hearing the default MOH whereas what i can see from the trace is the custom one?
