Music onhold while waiting call center agent

Hey all- I have a couple of questions regarding CS1K music on hold, thanks.

when someone call my company main phone number->press "0", call will route to callcenter, while waiting for agent answer, he will hear a music-on-hold greeting:

my questions are:
1> what is call flow or call routing between PBX and RAN box?

2> how can I rewind the greeting to make it keep playing to caller? now it only play one time.

FRRT <------ First RAN Route number for ACD
FRT <------ First RAN Time (the time in seconds allowed before unanswered incoming ACD calls are connected to the first RAN)
SRRT <------ Second RAN Route number for ACD
SRT <------ Second RAN Time

I think the second ran repeats on the SRT timer also.
