this is a known problem if the MD110.
this problem was solved from BC11SP5 for a certain number of countries where E/// included this ability. in BC10 this is not possible.
programmation in BC11 :
RAGAI:CORG=7,QUEUE=1,CONANN=251;
I suppose you have a CORG 7 with call type 7 in it. this way callers that are in operator queue will hear music from TMU channel 1 and a que message nr 1.
