Music on Hold

Hi All,

we don't have any music source for hold music.
I have configured my music on hold as TONE in system-parameters features page.

I have also configured my hold tone in system-parameter country-option as below

dose anyone have the settings for some good tones?

We have found the Melodyline Box - (M46086 model ADL3118, 18 minute loop $340.00) to be very versatile and easy to program. Contact Melodyline at:

You can play music from any cassette tape (licensing may be an issue), and the programming is merely a two-wire run from an analog port that you designate in System Features, as well as "music" for your on-hold preference.

We've used Melodyline in over 20 offices satisfactorily.
I am not a vendor for them....

Also be aware that you can get music on hold CD's from Staples that donot require a license.
