Music on Hold

I have a Merlin Magix with Music on Hold programmed. It works on all lines. The problem is that one of the calling groups that are set up with incoming lines is not playing music. They do use more than one calling group. This appears to be the only not playing music. They do not have any outside devices wired to it. Any ideas?

Assume this is a Release 3.0. Different MOH "lines" can be set up for different calling groups. Check to see if the calling group in question is set up for a moh "line."

This is not a R3, I believe it is a R2.2.
