With 3 attendant console connected to 3 different super Loops (loop 4, loop 8, loop 20)

When the attendant (loop8) Place an incoming call on hold, the caller hear the music all right
When the attendant (loop4 or 20) Place an incoming call on hold, the caller does not hear the music

check what the CFLP prompt says.

This prompt can be found in the trunk members of your mus route. This should reflect what you have set in the cfn for conf

Where can I locate the port of the music hold in the voice panel and also if is configurated in the PBX nortel M11.
