Hello,

Does anyone know the steps in putting up to 2 or 3 Music on Hold File in Embedded File management as to alternate the wav files when someone is on hold.

Thanks.

Upload the files to the System > Primary folder.
System > Telephony > Tones & Music, under Alternate Sources give it a name, make the Source WAV:nameoffile.wav
