Music on Hold

I have read everything on this site and others regarding Music On Hold for Avaya 6.3 and cannot find a situation that is quite like mine. I have a CM that is not tenant partitioned. I have a sister company that uses a gateway off my main CM so that they can use the Customer Service features we have. They have their own front desk people and use 9611g’s as their consoles, their own trunk groups..etc. They want their own style of on hold music. I have purchased a MOH device. I read about locally sourced music, but it seems you use a val board instead of a music source for that. I have connected their music on hold device to an analog port on their gateway but they still get our hold music. Everything I have read points to them having to have tenant partitioning for them to have their own music source. Since they don’t have attendant consoles, only 2 9611’s for their front desk people, how do I set up a tenant group for them so they can have their own hold music?

display system customer options and see if tenant partition is enabled, I bet it is not by default

Yes Tenant is turned on in my system. What I want to know is how you program a 9611 to be in the attendant group when they are not consoles. Or do you have to program in an attendant group for each tenant?

Update..........I have got it working for now. I made a tenant group 2 and left Attendant group 1 in the attendant field and put the music source to 2. I change the TN on the extensions and trunk group and vdn's for that company. Tested and it works fine. Thanks!!
