Hello,

That is my configuration :
I setting up Auto Attendant on VMPRO,i enable the announcement on IPO manger on the case that a groups of users are busy to play that :
There is no one available to take your call, please hold on and you will transfer to an operator after playing that the music on hold has play after 5 sc, but a ringing tone is in rather than my great music on hold. The music in an the right format (PCM 8KHz,16.. mono )
I placed up the music on C:/Program File/Avaya/IP Office with that Capital character "HoldMusic.wav" i made reboot on the system when trying to dial *34 on a phone still the ringing tone.
If someone already experimented that feature, any idea would much appreciated .

Thank,

Why don't you put the file onto SD Card? It will be loaded suddenly. You can see that in SysMon, too.

If you want to use your Manager make sure you insert you Manager PC's IP-Address into TFTP-Server address field under System. You also have to make sure, that TFTP is activ in Manager options and you firewall doesn't block TFTP requests.

Alright,on the TFTP address field i put the @ of the computer running the manager IPO,thanks derfloh, i try both and still the bip tone, thanks amridll... i set it to MOH on the Announcement tab, about to see if the TFTP is active i do not know, how can i check that and to put the file onto the sd card there no specific folder ?

Thanks,

It has to be in system\primary on SD card.

Manager has a menu option view\tftp-protocol.

holdmusic.wav, not Holdmusic.wav

Dial *341#
You can see the MOH track being loaded in monitor.
