Hi...

How can i import the music installed on BCM to my computer from music manager.

Within Element Manager-->Configuration Tab-->Applications-->Music

Change Music Source to Music Manager

Launch the music manager and upload a wav file.

I remember when I was doing this I ran into problems with wav files being to long...I think 5MB is the max. I also ran into problems where the file would upload, but not play. In the end I had to find another music encoding program, limit the bitrate, and try multiple uploads until I found one that worked.

They have increased it quite a lot on the Bcm450 here's the specs:

• The maximum size of any single sound file you load onto BCM is 150 MB.
• The maximum amount of disk space for Music Manager audio files is 1 GB.
• To ensure there is sufficient disk space for CallPilot, Music Manager Administration prevents you from uploading files if there is less than 1 GB of free disk space on BCM.
• To minimize the time required to upload audio files, record the audio files as a single channel (mono) using 8-bit samples at a rate of 8 kHz.

On Bcm400 maximum size is 5mb but the format is the same,
8 Khz, 8-bit mono.
