Music on hold

Is there any way to connect a external device that plays a live source(ie radio station) for music on hold to an Asterisk PBX?

Let me know what and how.

i have seen some things on the subject and i want to say theres some serious coding required but i think it can be done. Im looking to see if i might have saved it cause at one point we were looking into it as well.
