I currently have one music on hold source for a large medical facility. I have a Doctor who wants to have his on recorded music played when his clients are on hold. I know this is done thru Tenet Partitioning, but I don't know how to make it happen.

you mean tennant partitioning
you need to check to make sure customer have this feature at display sys feat customer option
you need to put the user in a seperate tennant
need to allow calls between tennants
check also with trunks, make sure user can dial out and in

Tennant Partitioning and 2nd music source solution is in this FAQ faq690-6472

Charge the doctor for the music player.. If he gets his own music others will want it too.

good luck
