Music on Hold

Is there any option that you can increase the file size limit of track from 5 MEG to 10 MEG on the music on hold for the BCM 400 rls 4.0,we tried to downsize the track but the smallest we got is 7MEG, or is there any tools that can downsize wav files?

The filesize is determined by the bitrate (kilobits per second). Save as 8 bit mono. There are many free and commercial products available on the web.

You can also break it into 2 tracks and track 2 play after track 1

I did thas but its not working. I Hv bcm 400 rls 4.0 . I tried to listen to background music by dialing the feature 86 and can hear the music file.
Well i am trying by uploading music file on the BCM and playing it.
I didnt tried external MOH but still it should give me music on hold.

Go to Services and select IP Music
Under the Summary Tab Go to the Music Source Field and selectBcmAmp

I tried to upload a wav file and BCM accepted it but for some reasoni cant play it on BCMAmp,any idea?
