Music On Hold with Norstar CICS4.2 1

What do I need to hook up for example a walkman for music on hold to a CICS 4.2?

Is there a tutorial or anywhere in the manual that explains how to do hook this up and enable it?

It goes on the External lines amphenol cable on the voilet/ green pair. I usually get a connector from Radio Shack (can't think of what they call it) but one end is like a barrell plug that you'd connect to the radio, the other end is just two wires that are connected to the pair on the block.
