Music on hold when transferred or camped:

I was in the Meridian forum posting this, not realizing there was a Norstar forum. I have a MICS 6.0 and I want to know if it is possible to hear music on hold when a call is transferred or camped, instead of ringing?

Not that I have seen. Just hold and park as far as I know.

You said just hold and park. We hear ringing when parked. Are you able to hear Music when parked?

park is done using feature 74 ... and that must play the music

makesure the on hold is set to music

You will not hear music if it's internal to internal.

When I am placed on hold I hear music and if I press feature 74 I am camped at that extension and hear music but if the receptionist wants to camp me on to another extension I hear ringing. Unless we are doing something wrong. Right now we hit transfer, then the extension, then a programmed camp on button, then release. Is this correct?
