I'm looking for a GOOD quality Music On Hold Unit. In the past I have used Music on Hold plus, CD player Sony and cheap MP3 players both where not reliable and the MP3 volume was low. I need something to work with the Legend/ Magic system.

Any suggestions? Your feed back is very important to me.

Thank You,

Steve

On Hold Plus units seem to work well with Partner, Legend & Magix systems. Do you have a coupler between the MOH unit and the processor?

If so, have you tried to adjust the attenuation?

If you want to try something other than OHP, Premier Technologies sells excellent units:

I mis-read the original post. [purpleface].

I've read about some issues with certain models of OHP players. My OHP 5500 (discontinued) has never given me any problems.

But, yes, Premier Technologies makes very good players, but they are more expensive than OHP units.

I'm not sure how prices are set but I can say that Premier's units tend to be very well constructed. I believe that, with the purchase of OHP units, you will receive a certificate for a free customized recording.

Google "Music On Hold" to get a feel for the various companies out there. Most will put samples of their work online for people to listen to. [smile]

We use a company called Infochip communications. They include a professionally recording message with the purchase of their MOH player. Customers really like it.
