Music On Hold Still Plays 1

HI All

I have a Avaya ip office v2 on version 9.0.3.0 build 941, they have multiple on hold musics uploaded, after a while they wanted us to delete one of Wav files for complacency. this was the first one that was uploaded I have deleted the music everywhere i can think of Embedded file management, in the Wav folder. but the music still plays.

Can someone offer some advice.

The system needs rebooting to clear it from it's flash memory and make sure it's not loaded in the Manager folder if Manager is onsite

amriddle01 probably nailed it. You might also make sure the TFTP is not pointed to another IP Office, or it will load it from there.

I know that with Server Edition IPO checks three places in this order:
TFTP
opt/ipoffice/tones/mohwavdir
opt/ipoffice/system/primary

Unrelated, an interesting problem I've run into is that if the TFTP address is set to the local IP address your music on hold will randomly delete itself on reloads.
