I'm installing at a retail store with BCM 3.5, CallPilot, no Call Center, and the AA is set up to route to an option so calls can queue up and listen to music. Problem is that the line will ring and appear for a while (about 1 minute) and then call disappears but caller still hears music and is out in limbo. Does anyone use Music on Hold/Queuing feature and has successfully gotten it to work? Ideally I'd like to route to a Hunt Group but the only available way is a transfer with tones on hold, not muzak..........

How are you you queing the call without Call Center?

Yes i have but like senk1 said i am using a call center, looked this am and could not fine my book will look tuesday and send a message back.. cindy

BCMs do have a queueing feature without having to fire up call center. however, it does have some bugs. i was hoping for a work-around.
