I have system A, B and C. System A and B are mix IP and TDM, system C is pure IP. In system B, ASYDL Sys 1 Index 810 bit0 is set to 0, so that the music on hold source is the destination office. When system A calls system B, placed on hold, you hear the hold music of the opposite end. System C ASYDL Sys 1 Index 810 bit0 is set to 1. When system A calls system C, each hears their own hold music.
It is wanted that when calling from system A to C that each hears the opposite end music on hold. In system C, when I set ASYDL Sys 1 Index 810 bit0 to 0, then on system C, I can no longer place a caller who comes in on IP CCIS on hold and cannot transfer the caller. This does not happen on system B. I'm racking my brains trying to figure out why it would have that affect? Anyone who might have some input on this would be much appreciated.
