music on hold on CXI? 2

Hello,All
I am traying to activate the music on hold on a CXI
the problem is that the systeme doesn't accept the PLID 4 1 3 1 for the external music
my LS trunks are in PLID 2 1 1 5 to 2 1 1 10
any help?

You need to program the E&M trunk first
Search in the help for analog music on hold for the external music on hold port

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office
ACA - Voice Services Management

navigate to the choices under System Configuration

select the Music on Hold option

System options - set MOH to yes
E&M trunk cct descriptor - use 32 and change 2wire Balance to 600 ohm
E&M trunk CCT assign trunk number (I use 999)
Miscellaneous - set to plid of trunk as assigned above
