music on hold on analogue ports

Hi,

I'm not able to get multiple music on hold connected to analogue extensions to work.

I program the analogue extension, with the appropriate COS as per online help. connect the moh and assign the dn to the Tenanting and acd path but no music.

has anyone used this succesfully before. I will provide more info if required. I've gone throught the online help and followed step by step, but I'm sure I'm missing something. thanks in advance

I would assume that you are trying to do this on either a 200ICP or SX-200? What is the feature level you have?

it's a 3300 release 7.1
we don't really have the sx's in south africa so when we talk mitel here it's 3300.

yes...tenanting i licensed.

Sorry bud, can't think of anything that you might have missed. Not fully sure, but I thought that you could have multiple embedded MOH files for multiple tenants. If that is the case, perhaps that may be a solution for you.

yes you can have multiple moh embedded files. however the customer has bought moh devices that plays cd..

so it has to be analogue ext moh..
anyway thanks for the help..if I find the answer, I'll post it..
