music on hold not working with NTCK16 CARD

I've never heard of anyone using this card for music before. I've always used ND8D14 (Universal Trunk Card).
If you can use it....
Then program a music route in LD 16
Program the Music trunks in LD 14
Cross-connect a music source to the TN
then go to a phone and dial the ACOD and you should have music.
