Music on Hold is auto adjusting on AMS after a server interchange

Hi all
We have Aura CM7 we had an ACM interchange a couple of nights ago
Since then we have had reports of strange things happening with MOH

Example our service desk MOH if you play the extn internally or externally on one X communicator with the one X set full volume
it plays about 3 seconds and drops the volume on the one x and NEVER readjusts to any of the other tracks it just sticks at about 80% volume reduction

I think your going to say AMS issue but i wondered if anyone had experienced this
