Music on hold IP 500 4.2

Has anyone tried using a 90 second wav file on the 500 yet? I have a customer who attempted it. Failed... I cut it down to 30 seconds, worked like a champ. Anyone else?

Yep, it worked ok for me. Chances are he went slightly over it should be 89.5 secs long max to make sure, or he used the wrong format, I loaded 3 90 secs actually so it does work.

werid i was just looking at the original file. it's only 60 seconds. I wonder if the file got chaged someohow when croped it down to 30 seconds. Thx for confirming.

Remember the 90 sec. limit is only achieved on the IP500.
The 406v2 (and I think the 412) is STILL limited to 30 secs.
but now 4 instances.
