Office A (old 2400) ------- TDM T1 --------Office B (SV9500) -------- IP CCIS --------- Office C (SV9300)

When a station in office A calls a station in Office C via office B, and then office C puts the caller on hold, the caller in Office A hears the Music on Hold source of Office B instead of Office C.

However, when the same station in Office A calls the same station in Office C via the external phone carriers, then if the caller gets put on hold by Office C, the proper music of Office C is heard by the caller in office C.

I'm trying to make it so that even in the first scenario, the Office C music on hold source is heard when office C places the caller on hold.

ASYDL Index 810 bits 0 and 1 did not yield the desired results.

Any other place I can check?

I haven't looked at the programming of Office C (SV9300) at all yet...

Try reversing CMD 08>388 = 0 : Tenant of held station/trunk
1 : Tenant of holding station
